The Golden Friendship Cup was a golf tournament event that took place last November 14-17, 2019 at the Pueblo Golf and Country Club.
It was attended by golfers from Cagayan de Oro and other areas in the Philippines. The event was organized by Ms. Jennifer Chua and some partners.
Some celebrity golfers like TonTon Gutierrez, Glydel Mercado, Samantha Lopez, Cesar Montano, and John Estrada were also present at the event.
What makes this golf event unique is that it enables the attendees to experience the warmth of the friendship here by the hospitable Kagay-anons. Cagayan de Oro is known as the “City of Golden Friendship“. Hence, people here are very friendly and are known to build friendships that last.

DAY ONE
The first day of the Golden Friendship Cup was composed of a Breakfast Buffet, 1st flight tee off, an hourly raffle, a Ceremonial Tee and Welcome Party with Live Band and Sponsors Night. It is also the day where the games began.

DAY TWO
The second day of the Golden Friendship Cup started with a Breakfast Buffet then what followed next is the 1st Flight Tee Off, an hourly raffle and a VIP Night with Celebrities at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel Garden.

DAY THREE
The third day of the Golden Friendship Cup was composed of the following activities; breakfast buffet, 1st Flight Tee Off, hourly raffle, Ceremonial Tee Off (Celebrity & Other VIP Guests) and in the evening, there was “Barrio Fiesta – Sugbahan sa Golf Course” with Live Band, Dancers, and Fireworks.

DAY FOUR
The fourth day of the Golden Friendship Cup had the following activities; Breakfast Buffet, 1st Flight Tee Off, Hourly Raffle and in the evening was the Cocktail and Awarding Ceremony with the live band performance by 6 Cyclemind.
