In an evening filled with nostalgia and excitement, J2J Cafe & Restaurant recently celebrated its 8th Anniversary, a milestone in the culinary industry that speaks volumes about their commitment to serving great food and creating memorable experiences.

This year’s celebration was extra special, as it also marked the Grand Launch of their latest venture, Edsy’s Diner, an American-themed restaurant.

The event was hosted by one of Cagayan de Oro’s Premier Hosts, Ms. Frances Bianca Java Cuerquis.

The festivities kicked off on October 28, 2023, at J2J Cafe & Restaurant, where loyal patrons, friends, and partners gathered to commemorate eight years of delectable cuisine and warm hospitality.

The evening was a blend of heartfelt speeches from the restaurant’s owners, a live band performance, customer and friend testimonials, the unveiling of their ads, and a vibrant photo opportunity.

Co-owner, Mr. Edgardo Tangcay Quimpano Jr., spoke about the restaurant’s journey, sharing stories of how they started with a small cafe and grew it into a beloved dining destination.

Mr. Jeigs Pakino expressed his gratitude to the patrons who have been there through the years and to the staff who’ve worked tirelessly to create an unforgettable dining experience.

The live band added a melodious touch to the evening, setting the perfect ambiance as guests reminisced about their favorite meals and moments at J2J Cafe & Restaurant.

Edsy’s Diner Grand Launch

Following the memorable celebrations at J2J Cafe & Restaurant, guests were led downstairs to witness the grand launch of Edsy’s Diner. With an authentic American theme, Edsy’s Diner aims to bring the flavors of the USA right to your plate.

The highlight of the evening at Edsy’s Diner was the lighting of the signage. As the neon lights glowed and the sign came to life, it marked the beginning of a new culinary adventure.
