Just when many thought the night life scene in Cagayan de Oro is facing a decline, here comes LIV Super Club to change the game. LIV is said to be the first ever luxury club in CDO coming all the way from Cebu. With its arrival, it has set a high standard to upcoming and existing clubs in the city.
The Grand Opening last April 21, 2017 started with a blessing and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Several representatives from well-known media outlets both print and digital were present including those from Business Week Mindanao, Urban Life Gold Star Daily, Sun Star and a group of well-known bloggers in the city. Before guests enter the venue, they are greeted with LIV usherettes and a photo booth where photo souvenirs are being taken. A glow-in-the-dark stamp was given to the guests before they can officially get in, which is quite cool.
When you look inside you’ll immediately be impressed with the club’s interior. You can tell that it is way above all the other clubs you’ve been to inside the city. What catches people’s attention are the fascinating lights. They give that awesome clubbing feel that would make the party experience unforgettable for party-goers.
One unique feature of the club is its bar which is located at the center of the dance floor. It’s very creative and anybody looking for drinks can easily access them at the bar. The furniture is very sophisticated and modern, fit for party-goers who are looking for a classy bar experience.
People started coming in at around 11pm – 12 midnight and by the time Guest Dj Jennifer Lee came out, the place was packed! The dance floor was on fire with people showing off their great dance moves. Aside from Jennifer Lee, other guest DJ’s who provided the event with amazing music were; Ace Ramos, Tiny, X Factor, Marwin Dwight, Elmer Daod and others.
Overall, it was a mind-blowing night and everybody totally had fun! It’s a good thing that LIV has finally arrived in Cdo because Kagay-anons definitely live to party and this is the ultimate venue where party animals can gather.
