- C-ONE Trading Corporation provides the following terms and conditions to maintain a trouble-free and optimistic auction
By bidding in C-ONE Trading Corporation, Cagayan de Oro city’s Tender Auction, you accept without limitation and expressly bound to agree with these terms and conditions.
GENERAL
- C-ONE Trading Corporation generally acts only as an independent party conducting by displaying the items by their corresponding lots
- All units are sold “AS-IS. WHERE IS”. Requests are NOT It’s Bidder’s responsibility to know what they’re bidding.

PAYMENT
- All final payments must be made to the auctioneer by the Auctioneer by cash, cashier’s / managers check, by inter-branch transfer credited to Auctioneer’s account. An amount of Php 10,000. (Ten Thousand pesos must be paid in full upon registration. Once winning, the balance must be paid within ten ( 10 ) banking days from the winner’s proclamation date of the auction.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
REGISTRATION DATES: November 11 – November 29, 2019 (2:00 PM)
To register for the tender and parade auction, the bidder must deposit an initial amount of P10,000 ( Ten Thousand Pesos ) in order to bid. The bidder will be given the Auction Guide booklet provided by the company.

NOTE: If the bidder is bidding on behalf of someone else, an authorization letter is needed and his/her proof of identity, Please indicate the name of the person or the company on the registration form for the transfer of the ownership.
- REGISTRATION FEE
- An initial deposit of P 10,000 (Ten Thousand Pesos) in Cash or Cashier’s / Managers Deposits will be refunded after the auction for the bidders who are not able to acquire any lot.
- Cash deposits and deposits in the form of cashier’s/manager’s check will be refunded through company check of C-ONE Trading
- Refunds will be processed upon appearance or return of acknowledgment The company has the right to restrain the deposits until the bidder’s identity is verified, in case of loss of the receipt.
- CANCELLATION FEE
-If the winning bidder cancels his/her unit, 100% of the initial deposit shall be forfeited for any reasons attributed to his/her.
TENDER AUCTION BIDDING PROCEDURE
- The auction days will be on November 20-29, 2019 and will start at 8:00 am -5:00 PM. CUT OFF for bidding is on November 29, 2019, at 1:30 PM.
- There is a minimum price set for each lot being auctioned. Bidder (s) cannot bid below in the minimum
- A company representative (s) will provide the registered bidder a form with a corresponding bidder
- Bidder (s) must fill out the form and drops it in the TENDER
- Bidder(s) can bid more than one lot and can bid multiple times on the same lot to a higher

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE

- Please be aware that the auction site is likely The company exceptionally during advises to not bring children in the auction area especially during inspection dates. As much as possible, only the bidder and his/her engine mechanic are allowed to roam around the area, others may only stay in the reception or waiting area.
