Bonsetas Comedy Restobar is a Premier Comedy Bar in Cagayan de Oro located at JR Borja St. corner Corrales that opened last February 14, 2020. It aims to bring quality entertainment to Cdo by bringing in Manila Guest Comedians on a weekly basis.
This entertainment venue has a capacity of 400 guests and is open daily from 10 am – 2 pm and 6 pm to 1 am. Bonsetas Comedy Restobar was named after the owner’s only daughter.
We were able to have the opportunity to interview the bar’s Overall In-charge, Ms. Charlyn T. Boctot (CTB Production) and she revealed to us everything we need to know about the business establishment.
Daily Entertainment
If you want to come to Bonsetas Comedy Restobar on their regular days, you will be able to enter the place for only P200 (1 Free Beer and a Bowl of Nuts) and be entertained by local comedians on a daily basis. These comedians include; Mars, Queen Mystique, Chikita Ssang, Baby Buaya and Pepang (line-up subject to change without further notice).
Aside from that, Fridays and Saturdays also have local bands performing to entertain the crowd such as the Rementizo Band and Archers Band.
From Monday to Thursday, they also have the Karaoke Master and NAPSAX -The Ultimate Saxophone Master who will be performing nightly as well.

March is an exciting month for Bonsetas Comedy Restobar because they have plenty of events in store for you. Here is the schedule:

Food Offerings and Best Sellers
At the moment, these are their current food offerings, Fiesta Carenderia, which has 1 viand (99), unlimited rice and drinks every lunchtime daily.
Some of their best sellers for lunch and dinner are the following; Sizzling beef, Sizzling sisig, Inasal, Pulutan sa Kalye like Fried Pork, Calamares and they each come with Unlimited rice.
They also offer their Barkada Treat Promo consisting of 7 Beer Bottles with Pulutan and Nuts at P599 only.
Entrance Fee and Limitations
As for the Entrance Fee, the regular rate is P200 per head with free one beer and nuts but if there are Manila Comedians and Special events, ticket prices are between P300-500 per person.
Minors can enter Bonsetas Comedy Bar as long as accompanied by parents or with consent.
Future Plans
They are planning to add tables and chairs outside to cater to more guests and for an alfresco vibe for customers who love an outdoor setting.
Aside from that Bonsetas Comedy Restobar also plans to add more Manila talents to their line up on a weekly basis to attract more guests.
