The event started with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a photo op with Ace Hardware and SM City executives.

We were also privileged to have interviewed Ace Hardware’s Area Manager for Northern Mindanao, Mr. Fidencio Ryan Laplap.

According to him, they opened Ace Hardware Express to enable a more convenient shopping experience for Ace Hardware.

Through this new initiative, customers can now call to deliver their hardware needs.

WHAT IS CALL & COLLECT?

Get your hardware needs without leaving your home by simply calling any of the ACE Hardware branches nationwide. Place your order then have it collected by a courier of your choice. It’s easy, safe, and contactless! Visit their website to know more.

HOW TO ORDER 

Click on branch location markers on the map for contact details of your nearest ACE Hardware.

Call, email, or send a message to your preferred branch from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can also join the branch’s Viber community for news and promo updates. Send a message to the community admin for your inquiries.

Share/send the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Order/s (brand, type, and/or variant + quantity)
  • Loyalty Card Number (Ace Rewards, SM Prestige, SMAC)

HOW TO PAY

To promote contactless payment, they now accept online payment via credit/debit card, GCash, and GrabPay. Cash payment via a preferred courier may also be available in some areas. You can still visit the SM Store to pick up and pay for your order.

All items readily available at your preferred branch will be available for purchase.

  2. What contact details can we use for courier service (i.e., Grab/Lalamove)?

You may search your preferred branch on the site and use official store contact numbers.

  3. If I can’t pick up my order today, can I collect it another day?

Yes, you can. Just let them know when you intend to pick up your order and they will take note of it.

 4. Until what time can I order?

Their Call & Collect service is open from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Text, Viber, or Email orders received after 5 pm will be processed the following day. Rest assured that store personnel will get in touch with you regarding your order.

 5. Will I be able to earn points using my Ace Rewards Card?

Members and cardholders of the Ace Rewards Card may earn points for Call & Collect transactions. For prepaid transactions, please provide your loyalty card number to the branch. For in-store payment, please present a loyalty card upon check out.

 6. Will you process the return/refund of items?

Yes, call your preferred branch to request processing.
