Limketkai Luxe Hotel’s Newest Offering: Italian Flavors Saturday Buffet

Limketkai Luxe Hotel’s restaurant, Kave has an exciting addition to their Weekend Themed Buffet and it’s called “Italian Flavors”.

Starting this month, guests can avail of an Italian-inspired Lunch and Dinner Buffet on Saturdays.

The goal of the hotel is to let their clients try various cuisines from all over the world to have a memorable dining experience at Kave.

Kave made sure that the dishes they will serve at the Italian Flavors Saturday Buffet are palatable and will surely satisfy anybody’s Italian cravings. The rate is P 698 per Person and Buffet is available on Saturdays at Lunch (11:30 am – 2 pm) and Dinner (6 – 10 pm).

Aside from Italian Flavors, other Weekend Themed Buffet offerings include the following; Harvest of the Sea (Fridays at 6-10 pm) and All-time Favorites (Sundays at 11 am – 2 pm).

ANTIPASTO PLATTER

Prosciutto, Salami, Asiago cheese, Provolone, Bocconcini, Roasted Red Peppers, Grilled Eggplant and Zucchini, Marinated Procini Mushroom, Assorted olives, Assorted bruschetta.

SIDE CORNER APPETIZER

Assorted sushi and maki.

SALADS

Gardens mixed lettuce with condiments and four kinds dressing, Caprese salad, Penne with prunes salad, Grilled vegetable quinoa salad and Potato Salad.

PASTA CORNER

Your choice of one: Spaghetti, Linguine, Penne, Farfalle, Tagliatelle Spinach with condiments and four kinds basic sauce and Baked beef lasagna.

HOME MADE BREAD

Focaccia, Ciabatta, Garlic and pesto bread, Wheat bread, White bread, Soft roll and butter.

PIZZA CORNER

Your choice of one: Margarita, Hawaiian, quatro formaggi, vegetable calzone, pepperoni.

CARVING STATION

Roasted Beef chuck eye with mushroom sauce, Cheesy fish gratinado.

SOUP

Chicken and Tomato Cream Soup served with Parsillade Croutons.

MAIN COURSES

Steamed Rice, Croquette Potato, Squash, Mushroom and gorgonzola pilaf, Lengua stroganoff, Oven baked chicken in lemon herb and spicy, Escaloped of Roast Pork Loin Latino, Pescado en Salsa Verde, Spicy Garlic Shrimp.

Grilled Vegetarian: Eggplant, Zucchini, Tomato, Squash, Mushroom

DESSERT
