Leukemia is cancer of the body’s blood-forming tissues, including the bone marrow and the lymphatic system. Many types of leukemia exist. Some forms of leukemia are more common in children. Other forms of leukemia occur mostly in adults. Leukemia usually involves white blood cells. In short, the disease is no joke.

Did you know that many children and infants are actually suffering from Leukemia in Cagayan de Oro? That is why LCHS Batch 95 in cooperation with Senator Bong Go and Bucket O’ Shrimps took an initiative to create a program specially-made to help these kids.

It’s called “Meal for a Cause” which is a plated meal that can be availed at the two branches of Bucket O’ Shrimps (SM CDO Downtown Premier and Cagayan Town Center).

Just P500 per meal can go a long way because not only can you have a delicious meal, you’ll also be able to get a mug and help leukemia sufferers of LEUPAPO (Leukemia Patients and Parents Organization). Meal for a Cause can be availed from July 27 and the whole month of August.

Promo mechanics:

– Valid for 1 person (Plate in. Drinks not included)
– Valid at Bucket O’ Shrimp (CTC and SM CDO Downtown Premier branch)
– Valid until August 29, 2019, only (Monday-Thursday for the month of August)
– Not convertible to cash.
– Aside from the food, you’ll also get a “Fight, Believe, and Hope” mug.

This is for the benefit of LEUPAPO Inc. (Leukemia Patients and Parents Organization) in Zone 7, Brgy Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City.
