One of my favorite places to go at night is Lifestyle District. It is a night spot here in Cagayan de Oro located in front of Capitol University in Corrales Extension. It’s a very popular hang out in the city. There you will find lots of restaurants, bars and KTV establishments. There’s even a Fitness gym there called “Fit Republic” and a convenience store called “Mini Stop” which you can find at the entrance.
Since there are so many establishments inside this night spot, let me share with you my thoughts on the ones I’ve tried there.
UNCLE DADDY’S BAR & GRILL
What I like most about this place is its design and color scheme. Upon entering, I was definitely impressed by the modernity of its design. With the mixture of black, blue and white in its interior, it’s not hard to catch anyone’s attention. The place is perfect for people looking for a place to dine, listen to music and share fun conversations with friends. Uncle Daddy’s offers affordable food and drinks. Here are some of my favorites from this restobar:
Uncle Daddy’s has an Acoustic band playing during weekends. I even got the chance to sing in one of their sessions. In case you didn’t know, I used to be vocalist of a band before.
JUNNO DELI CAFE
Now, here’s one of my faves at Lifestyle District, Junno Deli Cafe. I especially love its sleek design not to mention its cushion couches. Very pub, country feel but cozy at the same time. Here are some pics to give you an idea how it looks like inside. Me, Alvin and Marissa had great times in this place. I also spent time there with my girlfriends; Mera, Hannah and Neza.
MICROPHONE HERO
My 3rd favorite establishment in Lifestyle District is Micrphone Hero. I’ve been there several times before with my friends. Their KTV rooms are huge and their design is made up of artists on the wall. Their sound system is pretty good and their foods are quite affordable. Rates are at P250 and above. Perfect place to sing your hearts out with friends or family.
ILLEST BAR
Well, although the space is limited in this bar, I loved their drinks, food and the customer service. They play great music as well! Their crowd is Class A and I love almost everything about it.
